We are a new start-up company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering online, reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations aim to start in Lagos by 2Q 2019.

Who You Are :

You must be detail driven with a great work ethics. A good communicator, very attentive and a fast learner that is knowledgeable about the company policies and procedures on on-boarding processes. Excellent in time management and able to multi-task. Able to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to problem solving. You must have capability to work under pressure. You are tech savvy and have feel comfortable using technology on daily basis. You must have a good interpersonal skill.

What You’ll Do :

• To vet the candidate with law enforcement agencies and/or private agencies
• To create the Messenger profile on the platform
• To fill and upload all required information on the platform, including scanned documents
• To create the Messenger’s wallet account
• To take the Messenger’s ID photo
• To issue the Kwikster ID card to the training manager
• To filter any candidate that does not pass the final on-boarding test after the training

What You’ll Bring :

• BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of background verification or risk compliance experience
• Good communication skill
• Ease of use of Microsoft Office and variety of tech platforms
